Exclusive residential experience. EL GHONEIMI ARCHITECT’S LARGEST PROJECT YET , OUR SCOPE WAS FROM THE A TO Z featuring the compound's club in the center of the project, surrounded by the most extravagant villas that enjoy a 35 m height difference from the rest of the project, allowing for an open view of the entire project and it's intricately designed landscapes. The project also includes different types of villas to accommodate the different types of users. The project also features a health club that is located in the sub-surface level allowing it's rooftop to act as a continuation of the landscape creating a dynamic view for the surrounding villas.
